Quick Delivery
We dispatch all in-stock goods on the same working day whenever possible.
UK delivery options:
- UK First Class Delivery - £2.95
- Next Day UK Delivery (order before 2.30pm) - £6.95
- Saturday UK Delivery (order before 2.30pm Friday) - £8.95
Next day or Saturday deliveries always require a signature - please ensure someone is in to take the delivery. Next Day Delivery orders placed after 2.30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
International Delivery options:
- For available countries and charges, select a country under 'Delivery Information' once you have items in your Shopping Basket.
- We cannot take responsibility for delivery times once the parcel has left the UK. Even with a delivery service requiring a signature, we can only track the parcel in the UK. We have found that most parcels to the USA take approximately 7 days to reach their destination, but occasionally they can take a few days longer.
- Due to security issues, all International Deliveries can only be dispatched to the address on the credit card details.
No Hassle Return or Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Please note, the original postage charge will not be refunded. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail sales@freefalluk.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance selling regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from FreefallUK, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by e-mail to sales@freefalluk.com, or by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
